We had the pleasure of designing the floral for Kendall & Bruce’s stunning wedding, which blended timeless & modern elegance. Kendall wore an incredible lace dress with a gorgeous, dramatic veil, which worked perfectly with her delicate bridal bouquet containing lacey, flowering sumac, locally grown scabiosa, and vining clematis. Accents of blue tweedia, delphinium, and taper candles added a coastal touch to the color palette. Their ceremony was held at the historic & architecturally impressive Fourth Presbyterian Church, and — since the venue speaks for itself — we created classic arrangements to frame the couple, which were repurposed to accent their sweetheart table. Their reception was held at the modern Gibson’s Italia, which has large windows, natural light, and an impeccable view of the city. To mirror the ambiance of the reception venue, we designed minimalist arrangements that had levity and brightness. Designing for this lovely couple was such a joy; their love for one another was full of adoration and care. We were lucky to be included in such a powerhouse team of vendors!
